Final pricing is based on actual pool condition, accessibility, equipment layout, debris load, and service complexity observed on site. Additional cleaning, algae treatment, multiple visits, or added feature systems may increase the total cost.

Opening and closing service may reveal pre-existing damage, brittle materials, hidden leaks, failed fittings, cover wear, aging liners, equipment defects, or prior improper installation that was not visible before service began. Abernathy Pool & Spa Services is not responsible for pre-existing conditions, hidden defects, freeze damage, weather-related damage, groundwater or shifting-related issues, rodent damage, aged or brittle covers, straps, springs, anchors, plugs, fittings, or liner failure not directly caused by proven negligence.

Opening service does not guarantee immediate water clarity, algae-free water, or correction of all pre-existing water quality issues unless separately quoted. Closing service is intended to winterize the pool system based on visible and accessible conditions at the time of service, but does not guarantee against damage caused by severe weather, power loss, improper water levels maintained after service, acts of third parties, or conditions outside the service provider’s reasonable control.

Photographs or written notes may be taken before, during, or after service to document pool, cover, equipment, and site condition for quote support and dispute resolution.

I authorize photographs or written notes to document pre-service, in-service, and post-service conditions for quote support, service records, and dispute resolution.
