Weather & Additional Cleaning Policy
Our weekly pool service includes one regularly scheduled service visit per week. If storms, high winds, heavy rain, landscaping, parties, construction, or other conditions occurring after your scheduled visit cause additional leaves, debris, contamination, or cleaning needs, any requested return visit will be billed as an additional service call. Minor return cleanings may be subject to a minimum service fee, while extensive cleanup may be charged at the regular service rate or quoted separately based on the condition of the pool.
If a return visit is required due to an issue with our original service, there will be no additional charge.
